JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos. 1&2of2025 in/and 1 GOMMON ORDER: 1. This criminal Petition is filed under section s2B of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in S.C.No.159 of 2025, pending on the file of Vll Additional District & Sessions Judge cum Special Judge for trial of SCs/STs (POA) Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, registered for the offences punishable under section s04, s06 of lpC, sections 3(1X0 & 3 (2) (Va) of scs/srs (PoA) Amendment Act,

2. lt is subrnitted by learned counsel for the petitioner/accused as well as respondent No.2 that during pendency of the present criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.No.1 & 2 of 2025 have been fited by respondent No.2/defacto complainant seeking permission to compound the offences, to. record compromise and to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in the above crime.

4. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court L.egal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vide orders dated 23.10.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of -[elangana the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 31.10.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercion, entered into compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in S.C.No.159 of 2025, pending on the file of Vll Additional District & Sessions Judge cum Special Judge for trial of SCs/STs (POA) Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, are hereby quashed subject to the petitioner paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana High Court Bar Association, Hyderabad and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the High .--.-.--._-..+ ..-_l- 3 EfD,T ,.A.Nos.l&2 of2025 in/ond Crlp.No13671 ol m25 Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana, within a period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry
