JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.13661 of 2025 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.10218 of 2021 on the file of the lll Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 42A of lndian Penal Code & 156 (3) OF Cr.P.C.
2. lt is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent No.2 that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2025 has been filed by respondent No.2 to record compromise between them .
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the compromise petition.
4. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vide orders dated 23.10.2025 1 ETD, J /A.Nos.3 & 4 ot 2025 in/and Cdp.No.13661 of2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee :shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 01 .11 .2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercion, entered into compiromise.
6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 20ZS are allowed. consequently, the criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in c.c.No.1oz1\ of 2021 on the fite of the lll Additional chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered against the petitioner/accused are hereby quashed subject to the petitioner/accused is paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the secretary, High court Legal services committee, High court for the state of relangana, Hyderabad and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Director, sainik welfare, Hyderabad (savings A/c.No. s21gilg2621g, State Bank of lndia, Shantinagar Branch (2ooro), IFSC code:s81N0020070, MlcR \r.
