Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would subrnit that petitioner herein is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Ac. 1.20 guntas ln Sy.No.103/1RU and Ac.O.10 guntas in Sy.No.1O3/2R, total to an extent of Acs.1.3O guntas, situated at Mailardevpally Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The revenue authorities also issued pattedar passlrook and title deed uide Patta No.43. Later oD, the petitioner sold out Ac.1.2O guntas in Sy.No. IO3/1RU to the third parties and remaining Ac.0.10 guntas of land stands in the name of the petitioner and established RO Water Plant. +. The mother of the petitioner is also the absolute owner "and l)ossessor of agricultual land to an extent of Ac.i.3O guntas in Sy.No.IO3/1R, situated at Mailardevpally Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The revenue authorities also issued pattedar passbook and title deed uide Patta No.145. During her lifetime, mother of the petitioner execut-ed a registered gift deed in favour of the son of the petitioner. Later on, mother of the petitioner passed away on

13.09.2025 to respondent No.3 to survey the land and demarcate the same by fixing the boundary stones in Sy. No. lO3 I I RU, admeasuring Ac.0. 10 guntas and Sy.No.103/1R, admeasuring Acs.1.3O guntas, situated at Mailardevpally Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said F-line applications, respondent Nos.2 to 4 did not act upon the same Aggrieved by the said inaction, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Whereas, Iearned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the respondent- authorities will consider the aforesaid F-line applications submitted by the petitioner by following the due procedure laid down under law and condu.ct survey and demarcate the \ aforesaid land by fixing boundaries.

In view of the aforesaid discussion, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-authorities to consider \ \ r+.ffir* r ,..";: .;.i* ..i the F-line applications bearing Nos.DERo22soL2l969z and DEF:O225OL2lg7O3, dated t3.Og.2O2S submitted by the I petitioner, conduct survey and demarcate the aforesaid land by fixing boundaries, strictly in accordance with law b-y putting the petitioner and all affected. parties on notice and affor,ling them an opportunity. If respondent-authorities are not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, they shall pass an order assigning specific reasons and comnlunicate copy of the said order to the petitioner. They shall complete the entire exercise u,ithin a period of forty five (45) viorking days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
