However, the responJent No.2 had not taken any act ln on the online application dated 31. 12.2024 submitted by th. petitioner as on date. Aclgrieved by the same, the petition(,r preferred the present !vril petition. PERUSED T H E RECORD. DISUCSSION AND C ONCLUS ION:-

The limited relief, the petitioner seeks in the present Writ Petition is a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of online appl cation, dated W/ s\..1 31-.L2.2O24 submitted by the petitioner to the respondent No.2, seeking permission to run a new law college under the name & style of "The Hyderabad Law College", at Plot No.62, Uppal Bagath (Village), Uppal Mandal, Medchal- Malkajgiri District.

Learned senior designated counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that though the said application had been registered online on 31,1O.2024 and the petitioner college complied with all the requisites for granting permission, the respondents had not considered the online application of the petitioner, dated 31.10.2024, seeking to establish a new law college under the name & style of "The Hyderabad Law College, at Plot No.62, Uppal Bagath (Village), Uppal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District as on date.
