Heard Sri G.Mallikarjuna Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Gor.ernment Pleader for Services-lll for respondent Nos.1,2, 4 and 5; and learned Government Pleader for Sen.ices-l for respondent No.3. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23 138 of 2025, u.hich was disposed of uide order dated
03.09.2025, ard thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also.
