2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for: Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4. With their consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal

3. The facts of the case in brief as stated are that petitioner and his ancestors claims to be original owner of the subject property and the same is Laoni patta land. The said land was acquired from the State G-overnment in the year I9BZ by the grandfather of the petitioner and that the petitioner is cultivating the said land. [t is submitted that one Mr.Rajesh Gupta and others have illegally trespassed into the petitioner's land and destroyed the petitioner's crops with the help of JCB. In that regard, petitioner made several complaints to respondent Nos.2 to 4, however, no action has been initiated against the said,accused persons. Accorclingly, petitioner lodged a complaint before respond.ent No.4, however, respondent No.4 refused to receive th.e complaint, subsequently, petitioner sent the complaint through registered post on 22.O9.2025. Learned counsel clraws attention of this Court to the complaint dated 29.09.2025 and would submit that there are certain disputes pending in o.s.No.a2g/2022 before trial courts rvith regrrd. to the subject property. Since, no action is forthcoming on the complaint, the present writ petition is filed.

It is further submitted that respondent No.4 has not received any specific order from the competent court to provide police protection to the petitioner. As sqch respondent No.4 conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as 'civil in Nature' and the allegation that respondent No.4 has not conducted enquiry is false and baseless and accordingly prayed to dismiss the writ petition.

In that view of the matter, since the complaint of the petitioner has already been closed as 'civil in nature'by respondent No.4, this writ petition is disposed of with a .direction to respondent authorities to follow due procedure as contemplated under of law for further course of action, if any. Needless to state, petitioner may seek appropriate remedy as available under law. Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, shall stand closed.
