JUSTICE T.MADHAVI DEVI ) WRIT PETITION No.31746 of 2025 ORDER ln Lhis writ petition, the petilioner is claiming to have been appointed as lmam of 'Masjid-E-Hassa', Baba Nagar, Hyderabad in the year 1997 and that he is discharging his functions as such, since then and u,ithout any reason or authority, the respondents No.4 to l4 are intcrfering with his functioning and according to him, it is at the instance of respondent No.2 and therefore, this Writ petition is hled.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Plcacler for Minoritv Welfare appearing for respondent No. 1, learned Ciovernment Pleader lbr Home appearing lor respondent No.3 and Mr.Farhan Azarn Khan, learned Standing counsel lor Waq[ Board appearing for respondent No.2.

It is seen that petitioner has only made oral r; rbmissions, but has not produccd any order of respondent No.2 ',.rnder which the unofficial respondents are trying to interfere with trc functioning of the petitioner as Imam of the subject Masjid but th -' petitioner also has filed a copy of the complaint given on 13.12. ).O24 to Station House Officer, liantosh Nagar, against interference l>1, the unofhc al respondents.

In view of the facts and cirbumstances of the c€ se, respondents No.4 to 14 are directed no[ to interfere with the fu-rctioning of the petitioner as Imam as long as his appointment is rrot set aside and respondent No. 2 is at liberty to follou, due procedur e of 1aw, if they intend to chzrnge the lmam, as the petitioner is now discharging his duties as Imzrm of 'Masjid E Hassa', Baba Nagar, Hyc erabad.
6. With the above direction , the Writ Petition is di ;posed of. There shall be no ordcr as to costs. Miscellaneous tr;,'litions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
