B of 2079, despite ihe petitioner having submltted the possession certilcate issuecl i:y the l'ahsildar, Sathupalli Mandal 2 NT& J W.I Yo.3185? of 2O2S Hence, the present petition has been filed seekrr I appropriate orders. lt is further submitted that in respect of oii-r. claimants in L A.O.P No 619 of 2014, filed by the petitioner conce,r ring an extent of land measuring Ac 489 04 guntas in Kommepa I Village and Ac.34.39 guntas in Lankapally Village, the lands were: :quired under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act. 1994. ln tt rt matter, this Court had directed respondent No.6 to consider *rr :laims of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders within a s pulated time frame. Accordingly, the petitioner prays for a similar I 'ection in the present case.
