IUADHAVI DEVI ORDER: WRIT PETITION No.31Z8O O!. 2O2S In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not considering his representation dated oB.og.2025 for removing the illegal temporary shutters constructed by respondents No.4 to 13 in Sy.No7S and its parts of Safdarpur village, yellareddy Mandal, Kamareddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing lbr respondent No.1, Sri K.Pradeep Reddy, learned standing counsel for Gram Panchayat appearing for respondents No.2 & 3 and Mr.vijay B.Paropkari, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.4 to 6.

Respondent No.3 filed counter affidavit statingrthat the writ petitioner has given representation dated 22.09.2025 for which the respondent No.3 has issued notice dated 2s.og.2o2| to respondent No.4 to stop and remove the temporary construction in Sy.No.75. It is also stated that further action will be taken as pe/iar". +. The unofficial respondents also filed counter affidavit stating that they have submitted explanation on 27.og.2o25 to the notice dated 25.09.2025 and the copy of the said explanation is also enclosed to the counter affidavit. , , -2-

In view of the above, this Court deems fit and proper to direct the respondents to consider the objection of the petitioner as well as the explanation submitted by the respondents No.4 to 13 before taking any decision on the notice issued by them on 25.09.2025. The respondents shall take a decision within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to all the respective parties, if necessary.
