2. Heard Mr.Ai<kam Eshwar, learned counsel for Lhe petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Perused the record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitionlis the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural / 2 land in sy.tlo.15lo a_n extent of Ac.o-L3 \/" gts., out of Ac.o-27 gts, in Sy.No. 16l2 to an extent of Ac-O-14 % gts out of Ac.O-

29.gts, in Sy.No.432leel to a- extent of Ac-0-30 gts out cf Ac.1-20 gts, in Sy.No.41/A to an eXtep: t,i |.c!-22 gts out of Ac.1-04 gts, in Sy.No.al/B to an extent of Ac'O-26 out of Ac.1-12 gts zrnd in Sy.l.io.4O laall to an extent of Ac-O-Vz $*ts, respectively-. situated at Chowdoor Village, Nar,vabpet t\{andal, Mahabubnagar District, having acqrrired the same through his ancestors and that the petitioner is in peaceftrl possession and enjoyment of the said lands. He states that the petitioner has submitted online applications vide RC24O00C2892, RC2400002893, RC240C002895 & RC2400002896 seeking to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and to issue new E-Passbook in his favour. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said online applications, respondent Nos-2 to 4 did not act upon the same. Therefore, the present Writ Petition.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that respondent Nos.2 to 4 wiil consider the said on- line applications and pass appropriate orders in accordance ! i { ,,vith law. \ \ \ \ J

5. Having regard tc the submissions of both the learned counsel and on perusal of the material available on recorci, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the r-nl:;i-e applications vide RC2400002892, RC240O002893, RC24000O2895 & RC24OOOO2896 dated
