3. karned counsel for the petitioners submits that the land admeasuring Acs.2.33 guntas in Sy.No 42/A1 and the land admeasuring Acs.2'32 guntas in Sy.No'42/A2 situated at Rajoli Mandal of Gad'"val Mandal beloqged to.' the I forefathers of the petitioners; that on th,: r demise, the 2 \ petitioners succeeded the said properties. Despite receiving and acknowledginl; the said online applications, respondent No.3 did not act lr ton the same. Therefore, the present Writ Petition.
