2. Hcard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 6. With their consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal. Notice to respondent Nos.7 to I 1 is hcreby dispensed with.

The facts of the case in brief as stated are that petitioner claims to be absolute owner and possessor of the subject proprertv purchased uide registered sale deed bearing Doc.No.74 12l2O23 on the file of SRO, Vanasthalipuram bl.obtaining mortgage loan |fo* Tata Capital Housing Finance Private Limited. It is submitted that respondc:nt Nos.7 to I 1 who are realtors, approached petitioner to sell the subject land on a cheaper rate, however, petit.ioncr denied the same, as such, respondent Nos.7 to i I clevekrped grudge against the petitioner and hatched a plan to grab the subject plot. In that regard, Petitioner filed a surir in o.S.No.ssl2o2s dated 2l.ot.2o2s perpetual inlunction before the Junior Civil Judge J Court at Hayathnagar and the same is pending for adjudication. The respondent Nos.7 to 11 also filed a suit for declaration and pcrpetual injunction before III Addl.Senior Civil Judge Court at Ranga Reddy District which is also pending for adjudication. It is further submitted that respondent No.6 on one pretext or another is calling petitioner and his family members to Police Station and that when the said suits are pending, respondent No.6 at the behest of respondent Nos.7 to 11 registered a false complaint against the petitioner Cr.No.SO 12025 under Sections 318(4), 336(3) , 340(21 of BNS and is trying to handover the subject plot to respondent Nos.7 to 1 1. tt is further submitted that respondent No.6 approached to the subject plot and has I also threatened. the petitioner to handover the subject plot to respondent Nos.7 to 1 l. Accordingly, petitioner approached respondent Nos.3 to 5 and submitted a I / repre.sentation seeking to direct respondent No.6 not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between petitioner and respondent Nos.7 [o 11 Since no action is forthcoming, the present rx,rit petition is fited. 4
