06.08.2025 and not conducting survey, demarcation ald not hxing the boundaries to the petitioner's agriculture land to an extent of Acs.O.37 guntas 1n Sy.No.43/Lu, situated at Amangal Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (hereinafter will be referred to as 'subject property') AS illegal, arbitrary ald consequently, to direct the respondent Nos.4 & 5 to consider the aforesaid online application.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner u.ould submit that on the application made by the petitioner herein, necessa-ry survey, as sought by the petitioner has been conducted. Accordingly, survey reltort dated

27.11.2O2I was furnished by Sth respondent/Tahsildar, where the petitioner's land has been demarcated. Aggrieved by the same, petitioner has made an online application under the crovisions of Bhu Bharathi Act under module i\ppeats Demarcation' transaction ID TTAOD022500074065, dated 08.06.2025 in respect of TS RYO43 1. Despite receiving and acknorvledging the same, the respondents 4 & 5 did not ar:t upon the SAINC Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents 4&5 petitioner liled the present writ petition.

On the other hand, Sri L.Ravinder, iearned Assistant -Grvernment Pleader for Re,venue, instructions, would submit that the application of the i. ----7 J petitioner would be considered in accordance with the circular Roc.No.Nl/7408 l07, dated 13.OZ.2OOZ and Rc.No.N2/1741/2OlO, dated 18.05.2010 issued by the Commissioner of Survey, Settlement and Land Records and necessarJr orders will be passed, strictly 1n accordance with law.

In the light of the said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without expressrng any opinion on the merits or demerits of the ( case, this Court deems it proper to direct the official respondents to act upon the online application made by the petitioner herein under 'Appeals Demarcation' No.AOD02250OO74065, dated

08.06.2025 and take appropriate action, strictly ln accordance with law, in terms of the circulars as stated supra, by putting the petitioner arld a_11 other interested parties on notice and allord an opportunity of hearing. He sha-tl complete the said exercise within a 4 '1 period of 45 working days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order
