RAVINDER, AGp FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL WRIT PETITION No.316O6 of 2o25 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 4 & 5 in not considering the application for appeals on demarcation through No.AOD0225OOO74O64, dated
06.08.2025 and not conducting survey, demarcation and not hxing the boundaries to the petitioner's agriculture land to an extent of Acs.O.23 guntas in Sy.No.42 lAal l, situated at Amanga-l Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (hereinafter will be referred to as 'subject property') AS illegal, arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondent Nos.4 & 5 to consider the aJoresaid online application.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue \-__; 2
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the application made by the petitioner herein, necessary survey, as sought by the petitioner has been conducted. Accordingly, survey report dated 27 .ll.2O2l was lurnished by Sth respondent/Tahsildar, where the petitioner's land has been demarcated. Aggrieved by the same, petitioner has made an online application under the provisions of Bhu Bharathi Act under module 'Appeals on Demarcation' transaction ID TTAODO22S OOO74064, dated 08'06 .2025 itt respect of TS RY043-1. Despite receiving and acknou'ledging the szrme, the respondents 4 & 5 did not act upon the sarrle. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents 4 & 5, petitioner frled the present writ petition.
4. On the other hand, Sri L.Ravinder, Iearned Assista4J -. Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the application of the 3 petitioner would be considered in accordance with the circular Roc.No.N1/1408/07, dated 13.07.2OO7 and Rc.No.N2/1741/2OlO, dated 18.05.2010 issued by the .Commissioner of Survey, Settlement and Land Records and necessa-ry orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law.

In the light of the said su.bmission of the learned I Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without expressing any opinion on the merits or demerits of the case, this Court deems it proper to direct the ofhcial I respondents to act upon the online application made by the petitioner herein under 'Appeals on Demarcation' No.AODO225OOO74064, dated
08.06.2025 and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, in terms of the circulars as stated supra, by putting the petitioner and all other interested parties on notice ald afford an opportunity of hearing. He sha-ll complete the said exercise within a 4 - --'l \ -- period of 45 working days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
