JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.13541 of 2025 COMMON ORDER 1. This criminal Petition is filed under section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 6 in Crime No.910 of 202s, on the file of uppal Police station, Rachakonda commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(2), 11s(z) and 352 read with 3(5) of BNS, 2023.
2. lt is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 6 as well as respondent No.2 that during pendency of the plesent Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.No.2 & 3 of 2o2s have been fited by the petitioners and respondent No.2/defacto complainant seeking permission to compound the offences and to record compromise in the above said Crime.

Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High court Legal services Committee for the State of Telangana vide orders dated 17.1o.202s passed by this court. The Secretary, High court Legal services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.
5. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this court, the parties along with their respective counset have appeared before the High court Legal Services committee for the State of relangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 31.10.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercion, entered into coryrpromise. 6- ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 202s are allowed. consequently, the criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in crime No.910 of 2025, on the file of Uppal porice station, Rachakonda commissionerate, are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Telangana High court Bar Association, Hyderabad and Rs.5,,0o04 (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the High court Legar services committee for the State of relangana, within a period of ( \ 3 TIOJ 1.4f,62& 3of mzsh/.nd Crl.P.f,o.
