2. Heard Sri Ram Prasad Teegala, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Sri C. Raman Kumar Reddy, learned Additional Standing Counsel for Singareni Collieries Compaly Limited, appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at admission stage. i

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 14.10.2025, requesting to consider his candidature for appointment to thc post of Assistant Foreman Trainee (Electrical), T&S Grade C, in pursuance of l.lotihcation No.O2/2024 dated
