2. With the consent of the learned cotrnsel for the parties, the rnatters are heard finally.

These '.vrit petitions have been liled by th€ petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents to permit them to \ register online, exercise web option and partit:ipate in the ) counselling process for adn-rission into MBBS/BDS course under Management Quota "8" category and "C"/NRI category" for the academic year 2025-2026 in the ongoing or next phase of counsclling
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertentiy the petitioners could not register for admission under Management Quota "8" category and "C"/NRI category. Therefore, the Univcrsitv is not permitting the petitioners to seek admissior-r under the said categories. They further submit that the petitioners be granted liberty to submit a rcpresentation to the Unirrersity with regard to their grier,ance and the University be directed to decide the said representation in a time bound maIIner.
5. Learned counsel for the University fairly submits that in case the petitioners submit a representation with regard I to their grievance, the same sha1l be dealt with by the University in accordance r,r,ith law. -)
6. In vieu, of the aforesaid submissio.r and in the peculiar fat:ts of the case, the Writ Petitions irre disposed of u'ith libe rt1' to the petitioners to submit a rr:presentation before tlie University u,ith regard to their grir'r,ance. Needless tc state that in case such a rcprcsentation IS made, the Llniversit5r shall decide the same r,'ithin a period ol'trvo dar.s thereafter. It is made clear that ,his Court has not expressed arry opinion on the merits of the case. Hor,,.ever, th,:re shall be no order as to costs.
