I qualified the OU Ph.d exam and also attended the interview on July 7th for Ph.D admission. I showed my latest EWS(2025-26) certiFicate during the interview. Even though I am in merit (TG-SET qualified and above 7Oo/o in MSc.), I did not get admission under the EWS category who were in less merit than me they got admission. But I did not get admission. Based on what criteria they got admission. Kindly look into this sir and reconsider my admission. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION:- Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 5. petitioner contends that the petitioner qualified in the Osmania University Ph.D. examination for admission to the Ph.D., Physics course for the Academic Year 2025-26 after havang appeared for the examination with Hall ticket bearing No.515253OO47 and attended the interview on

07.O7.2025, the petitioner had also shown petitioner's latest EWS(2025-26) certificate during the interview. 6 Learned counse! appearing on behalf of the petitioner further submits that even though the petitioner 4 SN. 8. Learned standing counset appearing on br:half of the respondent Nos.1 to 5 contends that the 3.d _espondent may be directed to consider the request of the petitioner ) SN. J as put-forth by the petitioner in the petitioner,s representation, dated 3O.O9.2025 addressed to the 3.d respondent herein, seeking ph.d admission under EWS category in the Osmania University, in accordance to law.
