3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has aiready been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court I in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated

03.09.2025, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also.

5. Having regard to the above made submiss Lons and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passeC by the Division Bench in W.p. No.23l3g of 2025, the present Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure lhat the entire amount pat able to the petitioner be released fo:_thu,ith within a period of srx (06) weeks from today, failing vr_rrch, the entire amount with regard to retiral benehts shall can., lnterest at the rate of 107o per annum from the date the amount f.ell due till it is actually paid .
