Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the well wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the disputes pending between them and entered into compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties have filed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2o2s seeking permission to compromise the matter and to record the compromise entered between them respectively.

This court uide order, dated 2310.2025, directed the parties i.e., the petitioners and respondent No.2, to appear before the High court Legal Services committee, Hyderabad, on or before 04. r 1 .2o2s. In compliance of the said order, the Secretary, High Court Legal services Committee, has submitted reports, dated 03.11.2025 and 28.It.2O25, stating that the petitioners and respondent No.2 were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards. It is further stated that the parties i.e. petitioners and respondent No.2, have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise.

In view of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioners and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the proceedings against the petitioners in FIR No. 1OLT of 2024 of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, registered for the offences under Sections 352, L15(2) of the BNS, are hereby quashed. \a _.rr, J

I also submit that the Petitioners and Defacto Complainant are known to each other in relation to civil cases pending before the competent civil court in O.S.No.804 of 2024 and O.S.No.198 of 2024 respectively. Both the parties have filed civil suits against each other claiming to be the owners of the suit properties in aforementioned civil suits. It is further submitted that the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1-3 and the De-facto Complainant have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding dated 30.06.2025 and agreed to settte the dispute which arose out of the pending civil disputes which and agreed to withdraw the complaint filed by the De-facto complainant. 5. I submit that during the pendency of the said case at the intervention of the elders and well-wishers the matter has been amicably settled and to that effect the defacto comprainant has decided to withdraw the same by firing a permission petition. Fufther, the Respondent/Defacto comprainant herein entered a memorandum of Understanding dated 30.06.2025, by duty recording the compromise. In view of the same, the Respondent/Defacto comptainant herein is praying to withdraw the case against the petitioners/Accused 6' It is submitted due to the intervention of the. erder and well-wishers both the parties i.e., petitioners/Accused and Respondent/De-facto compraint and came to an amicabre concrusion to withdraw the aregations and comptaint to settle the issue out of the court for which both of them agreed for which the comprainant agreed to withdraw the case and to that affect both the parties filed affidavit and arso joint compromise memo.
