Petition Uncjer Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stared in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ, direction or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents is not calling the candidates whose names were included in the Provisional selection list in 1.2 Ration for certificate verification in the descending order of the posts and in not operating the Merit List downwards and in not recruiting the Petitioner in the fall out vacancies which are created due to relinquishment and non- joining of the candidates pursuant to the Notification No. 112023,0212023, 0312023, all dated 05-04-2023 issued by Respondent No.4 is not following the transparent procedure for selection of the candidates by displaying the Zone wise Cutoff marks and reservation wise cutoff marks in the 1.2 ratio in the provisional list for verification of certificates and in the 1 .'l ratio provisional selection list as arbitrary illegal and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia and to pass in accordance with law and in the interest of justice. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered b-v thc adjudication of this Court in W.P.No,31745 of 2O24 and batch dated 22.O9.2025. Therefore, learned counsel pravs this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also. In vieu, of the above submissions ald for tl-re reasons alike in the order dated 22.09.2025 in W.p.No.3174S of 2O24 and 'batch, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a ciirection to the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner by duly operating the Merit List downwards ancl fill up all the fallout vac:tncies pertaining to Notification Nos. I to 3 oi 2023 dated O5.04.2023 without carry forwa,rding the same to the next Notification. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a cop,v ol this o rd er. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
