2. n t the time of admission, this Court has grantcd an interim ordcr dated 25.O9.2O14 in W.p.M.p.No_36343 of 2O14, directing rcspondent No.2 to dispose of the representations tiled by the petitioner datcd 15.O9.2014 and lg.Og.2Ol4 rvithin a period of three \r:ceks duly taking into account the proceedings o[ rcspondent No.3 datcd 19.09.2O24, and further directed not to tlisconnecL the power supply subject to petitioner depositing r /3td of the demanded amount.

3. Ileard Smt. K. .Iayasree, learned counsel, rcpresenting Sri G Chandra Shakhar Rao, learned counscl for the pctrtioner, and 2 PK, J W.P.No.29O45 of 2014 Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, lcarned Standing Counscl appcaring on behalf of the respondents.

4. Learned counsel lor the pctitioner, whilc submitting that thc latter portion of the aforesaicl intcrim order was complied with by the respondents, contends that responderrl No.2 has not passed any orders on thc representations of thc petitioner, so far.

On Lhe other hand, lean-rccl Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, olr instructiol'rs, submits that in compliance of the interim ordcl of this CoLtrt, rcsponrler-rt No.2 has alrcady passed a speaking ordcr. Howevcr, it is submittecl thal a copy of the said speaking order could not bc traccd and produccd before this Court, in view of bifurcation oI districrs and circlcs, in addition to olhcr administrativc difficulties.

At this stagc, lcarned counscl for the petitioncr prays this Court to permit the petitioncr to make a lrcsh representation, ventilating its grievance and seeking rcdressal, and also to dircct the respondents to consider the said representaLion and pass necessary orders within a reasonable period of timc- 3 PK, J W.P.No.29045 of 2014

7. Learned Standing Counsel fairly submits that respondent No.2 will consider lhe representation of the petitioner, as and when received, ald pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Having rcgard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respectivc parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation to respondent No.2, ventilating its grievance, r.r,ithin ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation from the petitioner, respondcnt No.2 shall consider the same anci pass appropriate orders Lhcrcon, strictly in accordalce with [ar,v and in conformitl. u.ith thc principlcs of natural justice, duly affording an opportuniL)' ol hearing to lhe petitioner, as expeditiously as possibte, preferably v,,ithin a pcriod of two (02) months thereaftcr, and communicate a copy of thereof to thc petitioner. Till then, the inLerim order carlier grantcd by this Court on 25.O9.2014 shall continue to be in lorcc. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closcd.
