5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench in W.P. No.23 138 of 2025, the present V/rit Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to e1-rsure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released forthwith within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to retiral benehts shall carry interest at the rate of lOo/o per annum from the date the amount fell due till it is actually paid.
