Brief facts stated in this writ petition are that the petitioner has agreed to take land admeasuring 454 Sq.yards in ,,B.S.Residency,,, consisting of grou.cl floor (admeasuring 600 sq.feets), first ancl second floor (6000 sq.feets), on premises bearing No.7-7-396/D/D7/D2 on plor No.gA, in Sy.No.104, situated at Bahlool Khan Guda Village, Hyderabad, on lease frorn respondent No.6. It is further submitted that the petitioner and respondent No.6 entered irrto arr lease agreement dated 05.07.2025 in respect of the subject property and the same is valid upto 30.06.2030. Thereafter, some dispute arose betwee, petitioner ancl respondent No.6 with respect to the subject property. The case of the petitioner is that on 22.09.2025 at about 11.00 Am, petitioncr received a call from respondent No.5 police station and the petitio,er was directed to visit the police station and thereafter, the petitioner was regularly called to trre policc station. Further case of trre petitioner is that the respondent No.5 is I I i L l J lN. \ 2 interfcring in the civil dispute and is thrcatcning the petit'or er to vacate the subject property.
