RAVINDER, AGP FOII REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER t i I I & THE HONOT'RABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VEITU(X)PAL WRIT PETITION No.32268 of 2o.25 ORDER: This Writ Petition is hled praying this Court to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the representatirons, dated 14.O8.2O24 and 05.O8.2O25 ftled by the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.S.OO guntas in Sy.Nos. 183 and L84, situated at Thummaloor Vilage, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19 , 2 I and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently, prayed for other appropriate reliefs.
2. Heard Sri S.Malleswara Rao, Iearned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Rerrenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage .
3. kamed counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the registered General Power of Attorney Holder of Mr.P.Hiren Mukherjee. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the said Hiren Mukharjee and two others 2 EVV,J Yp 32268_2025 have acquired the land admeasuring Acs.3l ( O. guntas in Sy.Nos. 183 and 184 of Thummaloor Village. . {aheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, througha Will Deed, dated
19.01.1975. Out of his l/3rd share, the said t{.r :n Mukharjee had executed the G.P.A. in favour of the petition: in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.5.00 guntas in Sy.Ncs 183 and 1g4 of Thummaloor Village, Maheshwaram Mandal Ranga Reddy District. Learned counsel for the petitioner .rould further submit that the petitioner is making consis _, rrt efforts to consider the representations, dated 14.08.2024 : r cl 05.08.2025 made by him for conducting suwey of the lanc r-r Sy.No. 1g4. The grievance of the petitioner is that still tl: respondent authorities did not consider the representation j rnade by the petitioner and therefore, prays this Court to issl e appropriate directions to the respondent authorities.

Learned Assistant Govemment pleader lbr Revenue appearing for the respondents, would submit t.l.r t, firstly, this writ petition is filed seeking to consider the epresentation r.r'ithout enclosing any acknowledgment to shou that the said representation was received by the respondent :r rr_horities and secondly, he wouid submit tJrat, even though tl- : alleged Will I I I I I I i I 1, i I I I I i i , a , 3 EW,J \Up_32268 2025 Deed is purported to have been executed on 19,01.1975 and after lapse of 50 years, the petitioner has made such reprcsentation, which is barred by limitation and prayed to dismiss the writ petition.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and leamed counsel appearing for the respondent authorities and as seen from the record, relying upon the Will Deed purported to have been executed in the year 1975, the petitioner made a representation through post on 05.08.2025. On further perusal of the material pdpers, it would reveal that the petitioner does not have any knowledge about the procedure and the said Hiren Mukharjee had filed W.P.No.38301 of 2Ol4 and this Cotrt uide order, dated 18.L2.2O14, disposed of the said Writ Petition granting liberty to the petitioners therein to present the documents connected to the above property before the registering authority arrd as and when such documents are presented, the Sub-Registrar, Maheswaram, shall receive and process the same in accordance with the Indian Registration Act, 19O8 and tJle Indian Stamp Act, 1899. Having knowledge of the said order, the petitioner hled the present representation basing on the will deed executed 5O long years back, which is 4 EVV, J \tp_J2268 2025 not permissible in view of the limitation presclt ed under the Limitation Act. Hence, t-Ilis Court is not inclino( to pass any positive order in favour of the petitioner. Hower :r, this order does not preclude the petitioner herein to take app .opriate steps in accordance with law before the appropriate fonr n.
