2. Heard sri Gudi Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and perused the record. I ! I )

3. Since no adverse orders are being passed against respondent Nos.5 to 9, the notice to respondent Nos.5 to 9 is dispensed with.

Learned counsel appearing for the' petitioners would submit that one Kommari Rajaiah is the owner of the land to an extent of Acs.6.3O guntas in Sy.No.2:30, situated at Chandravelli Village, Bellampalli Mandal, Marecherial District and the ancestors of the petitioners are in possession of the subject lancis from the year 1955 onwards. In the year, 1955 the name of the father of petitioner No.1 is reflected in the revenue records and the same is continued for severa-l decades. Father of petitioner No.1, father of petitioner Nos.2 and 3 and father of respondent Nos.S to 9 are in possession of the subject property and partitioned each to an extent of Acs.2.10 guntas and they are in possession of their respective shares. 5 Learned counsel further submitted that all of a sudden, l.he namT of the father of respondent Nos.S to 9 was {": reflected in the revenue records in possession column even Page 3 of4 though, the fathers of the petitioners are in possession and taking advantage of the sarne, respondent Nos.S to 9 in collusion with the revenue authorities are trying to mutate their narnes in the revenu.e records for the entire extent of Acs.6.30 guntas in Sy.No.230. The petitioners raised objections through representations dated 06.10.2025,

25.08.2025 and 22.09 .2025 to respondent Nos.2 to 4. Despite receiving the said' representations, respondent Nos.2 to 4 did not act upon the same and are trying to mutate the narnes of respondent Nos.S to 9 in the revenue records for the land to an extent of Acs.6.30 guntas in Sy.No.230. Hence, the present writ petition. : A I t I I I I I

6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions would submit that the representations made by the petitioners said to have been sent through registered post, if received, shall be examined by issuing notice to the concerned parties and necessarJr orders will be passed.

7. In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the i I -4 respondent-authorities to consider the representations dated

06.L0.2025,25.O8.2O25 and 22.09.2025, and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with la.vr', by putting the petitioners, respondent Nos.S to 9 on notice, since the original landlord has not been made party to this writ petition. The respondent-authorities are alsc, directed to issue notice to the original landlord and affording them an opportunity of hearing. If, respondent-authorr.ties are not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioners, they shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned order, communical-e a copy of the said order to the petitioners and complete thr: said exercise within a period of two (o2) months from the da1.e of receipt of a copy of this order.
