JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.1335 2 ot 2025 COMMON ORDER This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.2698 of 2025 on the file of the learned XV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 85, 351(2) of BNS, Section 4 of MWO Act, 2019.
2. lt is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent No.2 that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2025 has been filed by respondent No.2 to record compromise between them .
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the compromise petition.
4. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana yrUe orders dated 15.10.2025 \ 2 L'I'D. J i A-Nos.3 & 4 ot 2025 tn/and Ctt1.No.1.1352 ot 2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Cou 1 Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a re l )rt to that effect

Pursuant to the above said direction issued b,this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have apprr ared bef<lre the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State ,r Telangarra and the Secretary of the above said Authority identifierl the parties and submitted a report dated 25.10.2025 stating that ll e pa(ies were identified and they have willfully, without any coerci ,n, entered into compromrse.
6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2(t',5 are allowed. 1. It is submitted that, this quash petition is fired praying this Hon,bre court to quash the c.c No. 2698 of 2025 against the petitioners / A-1 to A-3 pending on the file of Hon'ble XV Additional chief Judicial lvragiskate, Hyderabad in which petitioners names are shown as accused No. 1 ,2 & 3, First petitioner and respondent No.2 were married on 11.11-2022 at Hyderabad, in accordance with Musrim Rights and Customs. The marriage was an arranged marriage and the marriage was consummated and blessed with one baby boy from this existing marriage. 2, whereas after the marriage, due to some m is-understa nding disputes arose between the petitioner No.1/ A-1 and Respondent No. 2 herein and now both the parties are Iiving together.
3.) The respondent No.2 has fired a criminar compraint bearing F.i.R. No.273 of 2024 dated: 13.12.2024, the said FIR is registered for the offences punishable under section. U/sec 85, 351(2) BNS, sec 4 0f MWo Act 201g, and after completing investigation charge sheet was filed against all the petitioners/A-1 to A-3 herein and numbered as c.c No. 2698 of 2o2s and cognizance was taken for the offence punishable U/sec 85, 351(2) BNS, Sec 4 of MWO Act 2019, by the Hon,bte XV Additional chief judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad against the petitioners/A-1 to A-3.
