On perusal of the material, this Court finds that the learned trial Court without assigning sufficient cause for the delay has condoned the delay of 454 days and without assigning any valid reasons has set aside the exparte divorce decree, dated 'l 1.09.2023 and disposed of the l.A.Nos.98 and 99 of 2025. ln view thereof, this Court is inclined to set aside the impugned orders and remand the matters to the trial Court for reconsideration, wlth a direction to the trial Court to pass orders on merits by giving opportunity of hearing to both sides, by assigning sufficient cause and valid reasons and to dispose of the applications as expeditiously as possible. lt is further directed that the proceedings in O.P.No.38 of 2023 shall be kept in abeyance until disposal of l.A.Nos.98 and 99 of 2025 in O.P.No.38 of 2023.
