Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.202s passed by the Division Bench in W.P.No.23138 of 2O25, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released forthrvith within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing u.hich, the entire amount with regard to retiral benefits shall carrv interest at the rate of lO%o per annum from the date the amount feli due till it is actually paid.
