No. 125/A212, to an extent of Ac. 2.O0 guntas, situated at Medakpally Village, Talakondapally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and plot No. 60 (East part) in Sy. No. 1470, to an extent of 163 sq. yards, situated at Amangal Village, Ranga Reddy District (hereinafter referred to as the 'subject property'), based on the ex parte judgment and decree passed in O.S. No. 69 of 2025 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Amangal.

The daughter of the petitioner, narnely pole Rajitha, 1S married to the Sth respondent herein. The petitioner I 2 claims that she purchased the subject name of her daughter, pole Rajitha, and her r entered in the revenue records. 6. Meanwhile, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 09.1O.2025, requesting the authorities not to entertain any transactions in respect of the subject property. Despite receipt and acknowledgment of the said representation, respondent No. 4 has not taken any action Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent No. 4, the petitioner has fi1ed the present writ petition
