JUSTICE TIRUMALA E,l:Vl EADA l.A.Nos.3 and 4of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.13271 of 20'. 5 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners accused Nos.1 and 2 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seekirrl to quash the proceedings against him in SC.SPL.No.2B of 2O2S rn the file of Ill Additional District Judge-cum-Vl Sessions Judge or trial Cases under SCs and STs (POA) Act, Sangareddy District.

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appr aring for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 as well as responde r tNo.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present C:r minal petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accorrJ.rgly, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 oI 2025 have been filed seeking permission c compromise and to record the compromise.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor hal opposed the said compromise petitions.

4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facto r omplainant in l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 which disclose that hrr has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were v illing to enter z E1D. J (ilp I J27l _2025 into compromlse, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana yrde orders dated 14.1O.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report daled 25.10.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2OZ5 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in SC.SPL.No.28 of 2025 on the file of lll Additionat District Judge- cum-Vl Sessions Judge for trial Cases under SCs and STs (POA) Act, Sangareddy District, registered against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2, are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five \ 1i : j I ..' titD.
