No.285 of 1979 on the file of Munsif Magistrate Court, lbrahimpatnarn, Ra-nga Reddy District ald also executing EP proceedings vide E.P. No.18 of 1998 inspite of making several applications and recent one of 21.05.2025 and 01.O8.2025 in respect of land in Survey No.437, admeasuring 138 gts, situated at Turkaguda village, Kandukur Marrdal, Ranga Reddy District ald consequently declare the action of Respondents as illegal, arbitrary, ultra vires and violation of principles of natural justice... 2. Heard Mr.Suresh Shiv Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, Iearned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner hled an online application as per the relevant provision of the Talangana Bhu Bharathi (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for short "the Act, 2025") uide transaction ID No.30T167500006639, dated 20.06.2025. Since no action has been taken by the ofhcial respondents, this writ petition has -I 2 been filed. He would further submit that the : : titioner is the decree holder in OS No.285 of 1979, passecl r,y the District Munsiff at Ibrahimpatna, Ralga Reddy District rn 30.O7.1986 and accordingllr E.P proceedings have been de petitioner is put to possession by the learn: :ided ald the I trial Court. Thereafter, the name of the petitioner has been I rutated in the revenue records in Sy.No.362, in compliance to the decree passed by the learned trial Court in O.S. No.2B5 r f 1979 and so far as Sy.No.437 situated at Turkaguda Villagt: I/o. Rachuiur village has not been mutated. Despite the p t titioner made applications from 18.06.20O4, no action has beer made by the respondent authorities. Then, recently other ap1 hcation dated

20.06.2025 has been filed by the petitioner. Sinc: no action has been taken by the official respondents, this writ p seeking to pass appropriate direction to tlr :tition is filed : respondent authorities.

4. On the other hand, learned Assistant Goverr ment pleader for Revenue would submit that the case of the p. itioner would be considered by the official respondents by issrL ng necessary notices to all concerned parties ald to pass approFt iate orders. 3

Having heard iearned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and on perusal of materials placed, ttris Court is of the view that under relevant provision of ROR Act, 90 days time limitation has been prescribed to intimate the Tahsildar for execution of decree, Further, Article 136 of Limitation Act, 1963 wiil also have the role in deciding the matter irrespective of the said provisions. Therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the officia-l respondents to cause enquiry into the matter by issuing necessary notices to all the concerned parties and by granting sufficient opportunity of hearing, decide the matter in terms of Limitation and merits, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible
