3. The lact s of Lhe case in brief as statecl are that petitioners hail fr-om Bihar State ar-ld lr,orks in Hvderabad as labourers in a Scrap Godown at Shamsheergunj Lane. It is submitted that ever_V night, some pcrsons are gathering near the Petitioners' godor.r'n to consltme liquor and are discarding emptlr bottles, causirlg nuisance. Despite infonning the same to the Eodown o\\rner, tl-re problem persisted.
