L... .,.i:iidhr*..,,} (-.' r- I THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL WRIT PE'IITION No.31O31 OF 2O25 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of Respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the representation submitted by the petitioners to Respondent No.2 on 23.06.2025, registered AS JGO84/E /2023/OOO15 and forwarded to Respondent No.4, for initiating action against Respondents 6 to 10 with respect to their false claims over land measuring 15 guntas in Sy Noi44 and 14 guntas in Sy. No.555, situated at Metpalli Revenue Village, Jagtial District, based on fabricated and unregistered sale deeds, as illegal, arbitrar5r, and in violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India; and to consequently set aside such inaction and direct Respondents I to 4 to conduct an appropriate enquiry.

2. Irearned counsel for the petitioners submits that t]re petitioners are the successors of the original assignee, Smt. Bussarapu Mallai , W /o Bhojanna, who was assigned land to an extent of 15 guntas of dry land in Sy. No.44, 14 guntas o( ""d a dry land in Sy. No.555, and Ac.1.16 guntas in Sy. No.1536, situated at Metpalli Revenue Village. He further submits that, whjle the petitioners have been in possession, the unofficial Respondents 6 to 10, without having any title over the subject property, are attempting to assert rights over it by exectrting Sadabainamas (unregistered sale deeds), thereby aCve::sely affecting the rights of the petitioners.

A detailed representation narrating all the facts was submittett by the petitioners to the 4th respondent/Tahsildar, Metpalli, on 23.06.2025, requesting that no application submittecl b1' the unofficial respondents be entertained. As no action has been taken on the said representation, the preSent rvrit petition has been filed. Hence, the learned counsel prays for appropriate orders.

4. On the other hand, Sri H. Somaiah Ejra Shastri, learned r\ssistant Government Pleader, representing the learned Government Pleader for Assignment, upon instructions, submits that the dispute appears to be between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment, and after examining the material placed on record, particularly the representation dated 23.06.2025 submitted by the petitioners to the 4ti:t respondent, this court, without expressing any opinion on the merits or demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to direct the 4th respondent/Tahsildar, Metpalli, to consider the representation dated 23.06.2025, by issuing notices to unofficial Respondents 6 to 10 and all other concerned' parties, conduct an enquiry, and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law.
