JUSTIGE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA t.A.Nos.l and 2 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PET|T|ON No.l3217 of 2025 COMMON ORDER: This criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.c.No.'lso2 of 2o2s on the file of principal Junior civil Judge-cum-Xl Judicial Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal- Malkajgiri District at Kukatpally. 2- lt is submitted by tearned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused as well as respondent No.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present criminal petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 have been filed seeking permission to compiomise and to record the compromise.

3. The learned Additional Pubric prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions.

4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facto complainant in l.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2o2s which disclose that she has willingly consented for compromise. since the parties were willing to enter \ t i I I .l I l: I t I j i l i : 2 ETD,J Crlp-l 32 17 -2025 into comp,romise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Setvices Committee for the State of Telangana vide orders dated 14.10.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to l.hat effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secrr;tary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitterl a report dated 28.10.2025 stating that the parties were identifieid an{ they have willfully and without any coercion entered into com;:romise as per the terms of compromise'

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 are allowed' Consequ,ently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in c.c.trlo.1502 of 2025 on the file of Principal Junior civil Judge- cum-Xl .ludicial Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal-Malkajgiri District at Kukatpally, registered against the petitioner/accused, are hereby quashed subject to the petitioner/accused paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the secretary, High I I I I I 3 ETD.
