2. Heard Mr.Sardar Ramavath, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the agriculture lands in Sy.No.52 /27 lL, admeasuring Ac.1.33 guntas; in Sy.No.52/40, admeasuring Ac.3.31 guntas, situated at Karkalpahad village, Kadthal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District having purchased the salne though a registered sale deed .&*- 2 bearirrg Doc No. rsso3/2009, dated 2s.rr.2oog,and the land in sy'No'52 / 44 / r , admeasuring Ac. 1. 13 guntas, situated at Karka$ahad v,lage, Kadthal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District having, purchased the sarne through a registered sale deed bearing Doc No. 1624/2oro, dated o6.os.2olo. Learned counsel for the, petitioner by relying upon the mutation proceedings stated to have been issued by the Tahsildar, Amanagal Mandar vide proceedings No.B/4g 3o/2OOg, dated 2g.o7.2[Og would submit that the lands in question are patta lands and they are not assigned' ceiling (surplus), Bhoodan land situated at Karkalpe*rad Village. But the lands are shown Lands/L,arruni patta in Bhu Bharati portal. The petitioner approached the office of respondent No.4 and made consistent efforts to make corrections in Bhu Bharati portal. But, no action has been taken by respondent No.4. Therefore, he seeks to pass appropriate orders. 4' on the other hand, rearned Assistant Government preader for Assigninent wourd submit that the petitioner has got liberty to fiIe an onrine apprication along with the necessary documents in terms of the Telangana Bhu Bharathi Act, 2OOS (for short, "the Act"), j-rpon such firing, the same would be considered and as Government examined by the respondent authorities and pass appropriate

Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and without making any observations on merits or demerits of the case, this court is inclined to dispose of t.l.e writ : Petition by directing the petitioner to file online application, as per Section 15 (1) of relangana Bhu Bharathi Act, 2005 seeking the said relief. on filing the same, respondent authorities are directed to examine the same by issuing necessar5r notices to all the interested parties and grant opportunity of hearing and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
