2. Heard Mr.Sardar Ramavath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appea-ring for respondents. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the land in Sy.No.52/a6/ 1, admeasuring Ac.0.36 gutnas situated at Karkalpahad village, Kadtha,l Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, I having \ t Aurchased an extent of Ac.O.1B guntas through a registered sale deed bearing Doc No.15600/2009, dated l I I I t 2
25.11.2OO9 and Ac.O.81 guntas through a registered sale deed bearing Doc No.15599 l2OO9, dated 25.11.2OO9 and the name of the petitioner was also entered in the revenue records. Thereafter, the name of the petitioner in respect of agricultural land in Sy.No.52/46/ 1, admeasuring Ac.O.18 guntas of situated at Karkalpahad village, Kadthal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District was showing in the prohibited property list maintained by the State Government through Bhu Bharathi Portal. Immediately after knowing the same, the petitioner approached respondent No.4 and requested se\reral times to delete the said land from the prohibited list, but respondent No.4 failed to take any action. Therefore, he seeks to pass appropriate orders.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue contends that the oral representation made by the petitioner could not be considered till date as the Telangana Bhu Bharathi Act, 2005 (for short, "the Act") has come into vogue. Therefore, he seeks a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh application in terms of the said Act before the respondent authorities and that the same would be considered as per law. I / ,/ J

Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the petitioner to flle fresh application, as per the provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharathi Act, 2OO5 seeking the said relief, On filing the same, respondent authorities are directed to examine the same by issuing necessary notices to all the interested parties and grant opportunity of hearing and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiousiy as possible.
