JUSTICE JUVVADI SRIDEVI I.A.Nos.2 and3 of 2024 in/and CRIMINAL PETITT ON No.13778 of 2024 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 52g of BNSS by the petitioners/accused Nos.l and 2 to quash the proceedings against them in S.C.No.94 of 2019 on the file of Special Sessions Court for SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506, 323 of IpC and Sections 3(t)(r) (s) and 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (POA) Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the respondent No.2, that during pendency of the present Criminal petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of I 2024 have been filed to record the compromise between them and to compound the offences"

3. Vide order dated 02.01.2025, this Court directed the parties along with their respective counsel to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committ!:e, High Court I t for the Stare ofTelangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a repoft.

4. Pursuanr to the above said-.di{ection issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated22.01.2025 and the same is placed on record.

5. In view of the above, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2024 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.l and 2 in S.C.No.94 of 2019 on the file of Special Sessions Court for SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Ranga Reddy Disrrict at L.B.Nagar, are hereby quashed.
