RAVINDER, AGP FOF REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL WRIT PETITION No.3O988 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/ s:- "...to pass an order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus questioning the action of the Respondents Nos.2 to 4 in not taking aly efforts to trace out the missing Agriculture Land in Survey No.52124 admeasuring Ac.O.34 guntas, situated at Karkalpahad village, Kadthal Mandal, Ralga Reddy District in Bhu Bharati Portal is illegal, arbitraqr and in violation of Article L4, 19,21 and 300-A of constitution of India and also violation of Principles of Natural Justice, consequently direct the Respondents Nos.2 to 4 to immediately incorporate the missing Agriculture Land in Survey No.52/24 admeasuring Ac.O.34 guntas situated at Karkalpahad village, Kadthal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in Bhu Bharati Portal ald subsequently issue the Pattadar Passbooks to the Petitioner forthwith ,.."

2. Heard Mr.Sardar Ramavath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing lor respondents. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the land in Sy.No.52/24, admeasuring Ac.0.34 gutnas situated at Karkalpahad village, Kadthal Mandai, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased an extent of Ac.O.18 guntas through a registered sale deed bearing Doc No.78 12 2023 I t .- \- .-rtr_l \l \._ 2 Ol.O8.2Ol2 and the name of the petitioner was dso entered in the revenue records. Respondent No.4 also is ;ued mutation proceedings No.ROR/B/6O5ll2Ol2, dated

06.12.20t2. Thereafter, the name of the petitioner in respect of agricultural land in Sy.No.52/24, admeasuring Ac.0.34 gunta ; of situated at Karkalpahad vi1lage, Kadthal Mandal, Ranga Re<l 1y District vvas not showing in the Bhu Bharathi Portal. lherefore, the petitioner approached respondent No.4 and subrr itted sale deed and other supporting documents and requesto, I to enter the petitioner's agricultural land in Bhu Bharathi F'r rtal and issue pattadar pass book, but respondent No.4 fail,: 1 to take any action. Therefore, he seeks to pass appropriate or lers.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue contends that the oral representation made b', the petitioner could not be considered till date as the Telangan: Bhu Bharathi Act, 2005 (for short, "the Act") has come into vop re. Therefore, he seeks a direction to the petitioner to file a fresl application in terms of the said Act before the respondent autht rities and that the same r,r,ould be considered as per law I t 3

Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ petition by directing the petitioner to hle fresh application, as per the provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharathi Act, 2005 seeking the said retief,. On filing the same, respondent authorities are directed to examine the same by issuing necessary notices to all the interested parties and grant opportunity of hearing and pass appropriate orders in accordance with lalv as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. SD/. A.
