Heard Sri M.Vijay Kumar Goud, leamed counsel for the petitioners and Ieamed Govt.Pleader for School Education' This writ petition is filed to declare the action of 8'h respondent for orally instructing to discontinue the services of the petitioners from 11J1.2024 in preparing mid-day meals at ZPHS Boys High School, Nagarkurnool Town and District without foltowing due procedure laid down under law, as illegal.
2. On consideration of the said aspects, vide order dated
13.l1.2024, this court directed respondents to continue the services of the petitioners. Respondent No.5 has filed counter' In paragraph No'7 of the counter affidavit, it is stated that the prayer of the writ petition itself is not maintainable as the writ petitioners are contending that they were orally directed to discontinue their services. In fact, the petitioners are continuing the cooking services till date- As such, the question of discontinuation does not arise. When the enquiry is conducted on
01.12.2024, Head Master has written a letter dated2l.|1.2024 to the Mandal Educational Officer, wherein writ petitioners herein were t I \ permitted to continue as such as they have been continuing i,.s per letter 2 dated 01.12.2024
