JUSTICE JU\I/ADI SRIDEVT [.A.Nos .2 and 3 of 2024 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.13705 of2024 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS by the petitioner/accused to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.1784 of 2024 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal- Malkajgiri District at Kushaiguda, registered for the off'ences punishable under Sections 417 and 420 ofIPC.

It is submitted by learned counsel appcaring fbr the petitioner as well as the respondent No.2, that during pcndency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have cotnpromised the matter and accordingly, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 o12024 havc been filed to record the compromise between thern and to compound the offences. \

3. Vide order dated 08.01.2025, this Court directed the parties along with their respective counseI to appear belbre the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, I{igh Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to \ submit a report

4. Pursuilnt to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Cornmittee, has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated 10.01.2025 and the same is placed on record.

5. In view of the above, t.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2024 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.l784 of 2024 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum- Metropolitan N,lagistrate, Medchal-Malkajgiri District at Kushaiguda, are hereby quashed.
