It is stated that the petitioner is the pattadar and possessor of the agriculture land to an extent of Acs.2.25 guntas in sy.No. Lsr /A, situated at Danasiri Village, Mogudamr.rrt Mandal, Sanga Reddy District d.long with other lands- It is further stated that the name of the petitioner was reflected in all the revenue records as pattadar and the revenue' authorities also issued e- pattadar pass book bearing No.T0913o06o3To uide Khata No.528 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar passbooks Act, ll92o-. I 2 EVV, J Wp_30810 _2025 statec. that due to abnormal increase of the land price some of the neighbou:ring land owners have .started disturbing the boundaries oi tire .ru'.riect land and as such, the F,etitioner had submitted F-Line application, dated 3O.O9 .2025 to respondent Nos.4 and 5, by paying requisrite fee to conduct survey of the subject land and fix the boundaries. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after ::eceiving the said F-Line application, the respondent authorities are not conducting survey and fixation of the bounctaries.

3. tlonsidered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleadr:r for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the J admission stage.

4. l.earned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the circular issued by the Commissioner, Survelr, Settlements and Land Records, the respondents are bcund to consider the application within 45 days from f / t, / ( 3 EVV, J Wp_30810 _2025 the date of the application after collecting necessary ch.arges

Sri L.Ravinrii:;, learned Assistant Government preader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that the respondent authorities will consider the aforesaid F-Line application submitted by the petitioner by folto*ing due procedure laid down under law and conduct survey and demarcate the subject land by fixing boundaries.

It is settled law that the survey Department has the authority to conduct survey and demarcate rands in accordance with the provisions of the Telangana Land Revenue Act, l3l7 Fasli (Act No. VIII of LgtT Fasli), the Telangana Survey and Boundaries. Act, 1923,, arrd, the Rules framed thereunder. The Government has issued various circulars specifying the conditions for conducting surveys, particularly F-Line .(field measurement) surveys. Individuals requesting such surveys are required to submit specific documents, and if the conditions stipulated in the circulars are fulfilled, the survey and boundar5r fixation hi* *-- f- \ \\ 4 E\TV, J Wp_30810 *2025 may be conducted. In view of the aforesaid discussion, this Court deems it apF,ropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing respotrdent Nos.4 and 5 to consider examine the petitioner's F-Line application uide No TTDE\?O225OL222849, dated 3O.O9.2O25, in accordance with the provisions of , the Telangana Survey and Bounclaries Act, 1923 and also in terms of the circular instructions issued by the Commissioner, Survey, / 5 EW, J Wp 3O810 2025 Settlements and Land Records for conducting survey on field measurement applications (F-Line apptications), from time to time. u'ithin a period of eight (0g) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already conducted.
