2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents

3. l,earned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the document submitted by the petitioner was orally rejected by the respondent No.4 in view of proceedings No.ES/2a2512O2L dated 1O.06.2021 and similar lettcr dated 29.O9.2O2 L , issued by thc rcspondnet No.2.

Thc learned Counsel petitioner would further submit thrrt the said proceeding No.E5/2825 l2O2t daLed lO.06.2O2l is the subject matter ol W.P.No. t6lO9 ol 2O24 and this Court vide its order dated 79.O7.2024 ser aside the said proceedings and in view of thc sarrr: requcstcd t<r direct thc respondent No.4 to receive, register and register the document prescnted by the pctit ioner without SK,J wP_31504_2024 reference to the letter bearing No.E5/282512O21 dated to.06.2021.

5. The learned Assistant Govermnet Plcader for Stamps and Registration on instructions submits that the petitioner has not produced any document before the registering authority. He did not dispute thc submission made by ttre learned Counsel for the pctitioner with regard to the disposal of W.P.No.16019 of 2024. In view of the submissions madc by tht: both sides, the writ petition is disposcd ol directing thc Rcgistering Authority to receive and process thc subjcct clocuments submitted by the petitioner, subjcct to thc petitioner complying with the provisions of the lndian Rcgistration Act, 1908 and Indian Stamps Act, 1899. as cxpeditiously as possible, preferably within a pt:riod o[ lour (4) weeks from the date of rcceipt ol thc- documcnL filcd by the petitioner. It is also open to thc llegistcring Authority to I , SK,J wP-31504 2024 refuse to register the documents by specihcaily assigning the reasons in terms of Seclion 71 of the Act, I90g and communicat<: the said decision to the petitioner.
