2. Heard Mr. D. Ramakrishna, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.2, 4 and 5. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are. the lawful owners and developers of an approved layout admeasuring Ac.2.3O guntas of Jammichedu village, Gadwal Mandal and duly converted for non-agricultural purpose under LALA order No.240010436, dated 23.02.2024. The layout r! 2 approved vide LP No.O006 /LO/3059 12024, dated 2I.07 .2024,' petitioner No.1 also executed Gift Deed vide Doc No.8 rc3fn*X, dated 20.O7.2024 for the purpose of Roads and Open spaces-

It is further submitted that respondent Nos.6 to 8 had sold their agricultural holdings including Ac,3.18 guntas and LALA- converted Ac.3.O8 guntas in Sy.No.4l7/GA, under LALA order No.C/2171/2Olg, dated 03.1l.2olg and have no subsisting right, title or interest over the said lands. But the lands to the extent of Ac.3.18 gunts is shown in the Dharani Portal as Agricultural land and taking advantage of the same, respondent Nos.6 to B are trying to alienate the lands. It is further submitted that the petitioners had made a 5. representation to the District Collector and the Municipal Commissioner, Gadwal Municipality vide representation dated

22.09.2025 seeking action to restrain the respondents from any further interference or alienation and also for deletion of the unofficial respondents names from the Bhumata/Dharani portals, but respondent Nos.2 to 5 failed to take any action. Therefore, he seeks to pass appropriate orders. l I j'^t J

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue contends that the representation dated 22.Og.2A25 made by the petitioners could not be considered till date as the Telangana Bhu Bharathi Act, 2005 (for short, "the Act") has come into vo,gry*fherefore, he seeks a direction to the petitioners to file a fresh application in terms of the said Act before the respondent authorities and that the same would be considered as per law. T. Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and without making any observations on merits or demerits of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ petition by directing the petitioners to file fresh online application, as per the provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharathi Act, 2OO5 seeking the said relief. On filing the same, respondent authorities are directed to examine the same by issuing necessany notices to all the interested parties and grant opportunity of hearing and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
