Heard Mr.Varun Agarwal, learned counsel, representing Mr.S.Abhijeeth Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner in Crirninal Petition No.1332A of 20-25 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 in Criminal Petition No. 15458 of 2025, Mr.K.J.Venkatesh, learned coutnsel, representing Mr.C.H.Jayakrishna, learned counsel for respondent No.2 in Crirninal Petition No.1 332A of 2025 and learned counsel for the petitioner in Crirninal petition No.15458 of 2025, and Mr. Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Pubtic Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of respondent No.l-State in both the criminal petitions-

During the pendency of these criminal petitions, at the instance of the well wishers, relatives and elders, the parties han'e settled the disputes pending between them and entered into compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties i.e. a the petitioner and respondent No.2 have fiIed I.A. Nos.2 and 3 of 2Cl25 in both the Crirninal Petitions seeking permission to compromise the matter and to record the compromise entered between them by compounding the offences. ,..ir;li r'. . .);:. - . 3

This Court uide orders, dated 04.12.2025 and O3.L2.2O25, directed the parties i.e., the petitioner and respondent No.2 in both the criminal petitions, to appear before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on or before O9.L2.2O25 and LO.12.2O25 respectively. In compliance of the said order, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted reports, dated

09.12.2025, stating that the petitioner, and respondent No.2 in both the Criminal Petitions were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards/Marriage Certificate/Identity Card. It is further stated that all the parties have wiltfutly and without any coercion entered into compromise.

In view of the said reports and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioner and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2o2s in both the criminal petitions are allowed. consequently, the proceedings in C.C.
