With their consent, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

It is the case of the petitioners that the respondent No.3 refused to register the Gift Deed pending Document No.54/2025, dated 28.OA.2025 and passed Refusal Order No.06 of 2O25, dated 30.08.2025 with respect to the residential house bearing Plot No.89 forming part of Sy.No.74/7, Road No.S, admeasuring 66.66 square yards in Dhanalakshmi Society, Mahendrahills, East Marredpally, Secunderabad and Requested to set aside the impugned Refusal Order No.O6 l2O2S, dated 30.08.2025 issued by respondent No.3. SK, J W.P.No.3O714 of 2025

Learnt:d Counsel for the petitioners further submits that the iss,re involved in tl-ris matter is cortnected r,l,ith W.P.No. 19106 of 20 10, u,hich is filed bv tl-rc State Governmerrt against the order in LGC.No. L67 ol 1997 passed b1' the Special Court under the A.P. Land Grabbing (t'rohibition) Act, 1982, Hyderat,ad and the sarne was d smissed by the Division Bench tf this Court on 28.05.2025. Therefore, learned Counsel requested to a1louz the ru'it petition by directing the respondent No.3- Sub-Regist.rar to register and release the Sale Deed presented bl, the petitioners.

4. On the other hand, the learnel Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and RegistrzLtion has not disputed the submission made by the learnerl Counsel for the petitroners with regard to the disposal of W.P.No.191O6 of 2010, dated 28.05 .2025.

28.05.2025, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3/Sub-Registrar to receive, register ald release the document presented b_v the petitioners 1n respect of subject property without reference to LGC No.167 of 7997 and also without reference to the impugned Refusa-l Order No.06 /2025, dated 30.08.2025 issued by respondent No.3, subject to the petitioners complying with the provisions of the Indian Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamps Act, 1899. It is also open to the Registering Authority to refuse the document presented by the petitioners, if any other objection, by duly assigning the reasons and communicate the same to the petitioners.

It is made clear that mere registration of the document does not confer title on the subject property and it is also made clear that this order would not have any bearing on all those matters where titte/rights of the parties are pending before the authorities either in revision/appeals for adjudication ald in any other cases. t i 4 SK, J W.P.No.30714 of 2O25 'Ihis order also does not preclude the partie s in asserting their rights before a competent Court ol 1avr.
