When the matter is taken up for hearing, leirr,ted counsel for the petitioner submit that the 1ls raised in the pre :rc:rt Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by' the Division Bcrrc:r of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, w.hich u,as disposed c,f u de order dated O3.O9.2O25, a;ld thus prayed to pass similar orcl,,:t in the present Writ Petition a1so.

5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench in W.P. No.23138 of 2025, th e present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released forthwith u,ithin a perrod of srx (06) weeks from today, failing which, the entire arnount u.ith regard to retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the date the amount fe1l due till it is actually paid Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. 2. The present Wnt Petition which has bccn filed for an appropnatc Writ of Mandarnus direoting respondent Nos. l, 5 and 6 to ensure that thc entire retiral benr:fits payable to the petitioner be released at the earliest.

The petitioner herein rvas an employee working under the District Court Establishment Section under respondent Nos.2 to 4 retired from scrvice on attaining tlie age of superannuation with eflect from3|.05.2025. The petitioner is retircd from the post of Chief Administrative Ofhcer and was postcd at the Family-Court-cum-Ili Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nizamabad at the time of his retirement.

4. The grievancc of the petitioner is that inspite of having got retired from three months back, tilt datc, the petitioner has not got single penny towards his post retiral benefits. Thc respondent authorities have for a1l the different palnnents of retiral dues has issued token numbers, but, the actual payment till date has not bcen rcleased. The petitioner contends that he is 2 in dire need of the retiral benefits, so as to settle dol'r. in life after retirement with rvhatever post retircment emoluments thai I J 1as to get.
