The pctitioner herein *,as an ernployce norking under the District Court Establishment Scction under respondent Nos_2 to 4 retired fiom serwice on attaimng the age of supcraunuatlon r.vith ell'eot from j 1.05.2025. The petitioner is retired fiom the post of Chiel A.Jlninistrativc Officcr and was posted at the Farnily-Courlcunt-llI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nizamabad at the timc of lris rctirernent.

4. The gnevance of the pefitior)er is that inspitc of having got retired fiom three months back, till date, the petitioner has not got single penny towards his post retiral benefits. The respondent authorities have for all the different payments ofretiral dues has issued token numbers, but, the actual payment till date has not been released- The petitioner contends that he is 2 in dire need of the retiral benefits, so as to settle do1\,n in liI'e alier retirement \ylth q.hatever post retirement emolurnents tha,lte tas to get.
