This writ petition has been filed seeking to quastr the proceedings against the petitioner in Crirne 'No.32O ol 2016 on the frle of the Station House Officer, Kottragudern III 'lown Police Station, Kharnrnarn District, for ttre offences pr-rnishable trnder Sections 34i, 506 r/w.34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of the Schedr-rled Castes / Scheduled Tribes (POA) Arnendrnent Act 2O 15.
