2. Heard Sri V. Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and with their consent this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage. Page 2 of ,l

Learned counsel appearing for the p 3 ,itioner would \ submit that the petitioner herein and his. elder brother Chede Krishna are the original landlords of he land to an cxtent of Acs.6.37 guntas 1n Sy.Nos.3(t.,/E. 310/AA, 299|VUU, 308/VU, 303/Etr, 3LO lE, 29c. ,RU, 308/VU, 303/AA, 3lolA and 299 lVU, situated at lhinabeeravally village, Bonakal Ma;rdal, Khammam District The subject land has been inherited by the petitioner iL rd 1-tis brother since the time of their grandfather and gr': rt-grandfather The revenue authorities a,lso issued pattetLL passbooks to the petitioner and his elder brother long ba: < ar-rd the1, are eking their livelihood by cultivating the subjr: :t land without any interrupt ion.
4. The Tahsildar visited the subject lar-r d rnd conducted land panchanama as the petitioner and 1r s brother had possession of the subject land or not. The viLl rgers have also testified that the petitioner is the absolute o,\ :ler and having enjoyment of the land with possession from ti I date. But the Tahsildar delayed to issue new Pattedar Pa:;r book in favour Pagc 3 of4 of the petitioner instead of old Pattedar Passbook. Upon enquiry, it is noticed that the Tahsildar in his grievance status uide No.KHO8lEl2024 lOOO73, dated 28.1O.2024 mentioned that digital signature pending. Therefore, the petitioner applied under digital signature pending through TM33 on Dharani Portal. But no action has been taken. Later on, the petitioned made several applications to the Tahsildar dated 16.O3.2023, 21.O9.2024, Application No.1324, dated 15.05.2025, 21 .O4.2025, uide Registration No.KHOB2/E /2024 I OOo73, dated 28.tO.2025, 25.08.2025, but no action has been taken till date. Hence, the present writ petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, seeks to direct the petitioner to submit an application in an appropriate module of Bhu Bharati with the respondent- authorities, upon receipt of the same, the respondent- \ authorities will consider and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. \ \zr ^ ( x
